Agreement to these terms
By using g4suppliers.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase products from it.
Product information and fitment
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, compatibility guidance, colours, and dimensions. You are responsible for confirming that parts are suitable for your specific KuKirin model and setup before installation. Product images and colours may vary slightly between screens or batches.
Orders and prices
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing, description, availability, or listing errors, including after an order is submitted. An order is accepted only when payment is confirmed and we begin processing it.
Custom decals and artwork
Optional usernames and artwork uploaded for custom decals are used to produce your order. You confirm that you have the right to use all uploaded content and that it does not infringe another person's rights, break the law, or contain harmful material. Custom-made products may not be eligible for return except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates are guides, not guaranteed dates. Risk in goods passes as required by applicable law. Please check the delivery details you submit and contact us promptly if there is an issue with your order.
Returns and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For non-major problems, we may repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.
Safe use
Scooter modifications and accessories can affect handling, braking, and safety. Products must be installed, inspected, and used responsibly. Follow manufacturer guidance, applicable road rules, and safety requirements. G4 Supplier is not responsible for loss or injury caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or use contrary to applicable law.
Liability and updates
To the extent permitted by law, G4 Supplier is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. We may update these terms from time to time by posting the current version on this page.
